Following two cancelled Alrewas Shows and a potential four year gap between Alrewas Arts Festivals, all due to Covid 19, the two groups got together to set up the ‘Alrewas Autumn Gathering’. Both committees had come up with the idea independently and for the same date. It was agreed the the Alrewas Show scaled-down event would go ahead on Saturday 4th September 2021 and Alrewas Arts Festival would hold an arts-based event on Alrewas Island to promote both itself and the newly developed island on Sunday 5th September.
